In the Market for a Quality Screed Pump? We Have What You Need
What is a screed pump?
Put simply, a screed pump is a machine that is able to transfer quality screed mixed in a speciality truck all the way to the intended job site. While screed and concrete have similar applications, screed is more specific in its use. Screed is often used when you want an even surface for other types of finishing materials when the job is done. These materials include tiles, floor boards or even carpets.
It’s not only important that screed is mixed the right way, but also delivered properly through the right kind of machine so that there are no issues. That way, you’ll be able to concentrate on finishing the construction project and not have to worry about the quality of the products you purchase or rent out, because our screed pump hire is second to none. We offer a range of screed pumps but one to showcase is our Priomix Pragma CLP.
Do you offer training sessions in the use of your screed pumps?
It’s completely understandable to want to rent one of our pumps, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone has the right training to handle these plastering machines. This is why we’re more than happy to offer free training for anyone who purchases or hires our services. After all, safety is our number one priority, and if you aren’t feeling confident about being able to make use of a quality screed pump, we’re ready to educate you regarding the use of any of our machines and products.
Misuse of any machine in a construction site is a recipe for disaster, and it’s most definitely better to be safe than sorry - especially when it comes to the application of screed. If it isn’t used the right way you could end up with uneven surfaces or much worse. Quality products and machines need to be paired with the right kind of handling and maintenance.
What is the cost of screed pump hire?
While our products have a static price all across the board, things are different when it comes to hiring our services. Depending on the location, you could end up spending more or less money to hire our services. However, when it comes to training we offer classes in Cheltenham completely free of charge. The general cost for rental is £320 including VAT - going down to £280 including the VAT after the first week. There is also the possibility of extra cost depending on whether or not the parts become damaged during hire. For these parts, you will have to replace it yourself. This is why it’s important to attend our training sessions so you don’t have to worry about accidentally damaging the machine during use.
When you make use of our services, you’ll be pleased to find out that we take the wishes of our clients very seriously. We’re happy to help train you, and even happier to help you use your newly purchased or rented screed or grout pump.
